Aller Academy - Nordic knowledge exchange

Aller Academy, started in 2018, is our Nordic training program designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth across our four Nordic markets.

Each year, 16 employees are selected to participate in cross-border projects that drive real business impact. The program also strengthens our Nordic culture by encouraging knowledge sharing and building lasting relationships across markets.


The program is managed internally to ensure strong alignment with our business goals. Planethon, a leader in leadership training and business transformation, will lead the process training and case development using their science-based, future-led approach.
