Commercial Analyst to Nordic Commercial Organization
Want to shape the future of subscriptions at a modern Nordic media company? We need a Commercial Analyst to power the transformation of print and digital.
As Commercial Analyst in our Nordic Commercial Organization, you will play a central role in how we understand, steer and grow our full subscription business across both digital and print in all our markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland).
Your mission is to turn data into clear commercial insights, as well as concrete actions and initiatives that drive business impact. The role focuses on improving performance of all subscription products, including digital, print, and mobile subscriptions across the Nordics, by driving conversion, retention, pricing effectiveness, and long-term customer value.
You will work closely with Marketing, CRM, Tech & Data, Finance, Editorial to build a holistic view of our customer base and subscription economics across channels and markets.
Key responsibilities
Meet with commercial stakeholders to understand performance needs and steer analysis priorities
Analyse print and digital subscription performance to identify clear improvement opportunities
Define reporting and KPI requirements, ensuring dashboards and reports meet commercial needs
Deliver insights and business cases that support pricing, campaigns, onboarding and retention
Identify customer behaviour patterns that strengthen lifetime value across markets and formats
Work with Tech & Data to secure consistent tracking, metrics and data foundations
Act as the commercial representative in cross-functional initiatives, helping align teams and move work forward
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Deep analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, commercial recommendations
Experience using data analysis (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc) and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Sisense or Tableau) to turn data into clear insights
Confidence working with numbers, KPIs and performance management
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both commercial and technical stakeholders
Comfortable working across markets and collaborating with many different teams
Experience from subscription, media, digital or other data-heavy environments is a plus

Where will you be placed?
The preferred office location will be at Havneholmen in Copenhagen, but as a Nordic company with offices in Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki, we are also open to placing the role in another location for the right candidate. Regardless of which office you are affiliated with, occasional travel will be essential to support the business in both Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway.
