About the role
As an Application Specialist in our AdSales team, you are responsible for the daily support, maintenance and evolution of Aller’s shared B2B solution.
You will support Aller’s B2B AdSales team and help optimize our Salesforce-based solution, Advendio. Your workday will be busy and fast-paced, so you will have to have a keen technical mind, great communication skills, and the ability to structure competing demands. Within the role, you will have a great opportunity to influence and learn as we pursue our digital journey together, meaning a high impact role in a fun, informal team with 9 other close colleagues.
Your primary responsibilities
- Meet regularly with your business customers to understand their needs
- Handle a range of support and maintenance tasks for our Advertising Sales systems
- Implement and test new enhancement requests after assessing their potential impact
- Design and deliver training sessions for system users
- Create and maintain internal technical and end-user documentation
- Participate in new projects, from project to operation
What we hope you can bring
You’re a certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder or otherwise have a good understanding of Salesforce technology and processes.
You know Salesforce CRM configuration including security configuration, workflows, flows, process builder, validation rules, approval processes etc.
You have solid hands-on experience working with Flows and understand how to design and optimize them effectively. Perhaps you have some knowledge of sales processes and concepts. You have experience with data quality and processes and experience with cooperation across countries and organizational boundaries.
You apply Salesforce best practices and stay up to date with the latest platform capabilities to deliver scalable, efficient, and future-proof solutions.
You may also have experience with
- Building advanced reports and dashboards or are familiar with CRM Analytics.
- Data extraction (e.g. data loader, inspector, import wizard etc.) and data security protocols.
- Deployment cycles and the use of change sets.
- User management (security, authentication, access levels, transfer ownership of records, profiles, permission sets etc.).
- Testing high-priority fixes from Salesforce.
About you
You are positive and proactive and a team player. You’re a determined problem-solver and you love to help others. You connect well with people, and you have the drive to see challenges through to completion.
Your educational background is a bachelor’s degree level and/or strong experience within IT and technology, and you are fluent in English and strong in one of the Scandinavian languages – Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.

Where will you be placed?
Your office location is primarily intended to be at Havneholmen in Copenhagen, but as a Nordic company with offices in both Stockholm, Oslo, and Helsinki, we are also open to applications for other locations.
Regardless of which office you are affiliated with, occasional travel will be essential to support business users in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway. The team has a flexible approach to working from home if our business customers’ needs are looked after.
